Earlier this morning I place a bet on Tipsters Cup, Central Coast Mariners v Melbourne City, after around half an hour I came back to check that this match had been cancelled.

Can the Admins pls check whether this being cancelled by the system itself or somebody/someone hack into the system. Pls kindly look into the matter.

Just a note and safety reminders/precaution to all members and friends in AB, if you can try to change your AsianBookie account password once every three months with a strong password as to prevent becoming a victim to hackers or any information leak.

Could you tell us how you came to this conclusion and what investigation you did?

Our system sometimes detects wrongly some postponed matches and will quickly refund in order not to waste BIG BETS.

I find and saw other members bets for this match being cancelled same as mine.
So I am very sure that this is the doing of the system itself.
