  		Dear Webmaster,

I am suggesting for the top 50 members of the top 3 TC teams (or top team if 3 is deemed too many) to be given an incentive 'reward'. This will be in the form of having their team logo be displayed in a flashing green or some other more prominent colour in their forum posts.

I hope that with this suggestion, it will 

i) reward the team top tipsters with something since there are currently no prizes for TC Team Competition,

ii) get more 'free agents' to join a TC team and more importantly 

iii) encourage the TC top players to share their picks at the forums.


I hope that you'll consider my suggestion favourably.
