i have, as instructed, withdrew SGD 30 into my POSB account. However, upon calling the staff when the money was in my account, they said that there was no 6 digit verification code at all.

I kept asking them to double check again but they came up with the same reply. Is there some kind of term that i must say to them so that they can understand what the 6 dight code is?

  		even after you verified and uppered your outgoing limits, there might be a time where you need to increase your limits again.

So you just have to email them to indicate your wish to do so and submit the required documents via their email service.

Your limit will be further increased by 15k euro,which I just did in order to make a 5-figure withdrawal from there.

I have basically use up all the options to increase my account limit.
It seems all can only be verified once EXCEPT the verify bank a/c option.
it will only increse a few K's..after that u have to do it again & again...to increase..
for those hardcore usage..how can we one time increase alot?>

So any suggestion or methods i can increase my outgoing limits? Now that i cant even withdraw a mere $900 to my bank account as i have used up the limit. ~gosh~

There is a option stating that just withdraw Euro5 from from your account to MB, the limit will increase. I tried that, ..yes the MB will be credited & your bank debited, but the limit is still the same..

Sigh~~..Any help pls..
Me email them, but still awaiintg their answers.
Any solutions here is highly appreciated..

Wish I could get started I live in Thailand at the moment and have a betfair account. So I opened a moneybookers account to service it. Now I find when I want to transfer a message pops up I can't transfer to a betting or gaming company from Thailand. So my money is in limbo for the time being.

I'm going to Hong King next week does anyone know if I log into my account while staying there will it still be blocked because I funded it from Thailand or will it no longer be restricted as I will have left the country.

kena rejected by moneybookers after i sent them my screenshot of my online banking.
say got no bank details of moneybookers.
check with local bank for hardcopy bank statement.
they say even if print out, will also have no details.
just the amt and transaction code, which is indicative of the type of transaction.

finally, my account had been verified after so many efforts. after i send them my utility bills. though only increase by 5000sgd since 1st time.
anyway, their response is very fast. within 1 day, they had replied to my email and queries. but i thought i saw somewhere in some other threads that mention they are slow in replying to email.

aleo - How long have u been using moneybookers? Most of your funds are used in payment to merchants or person to person? If you still need assistance on this, do let me know.
