  		Gambling worm kept biting me since yesterday , thought go yesterday night ferry but can't make it due to time concerned, today wake up as early as 7am , went to a fast morning exercise,  besides gambling need to have regular exercise to keep the body strong, today run 10km 46 mins 32 s base on my garmin watch , pull up 6 times 1 set then try 2nd set but only can do 4 times , follow by push up 30 times x 2 sets and last sit up 40 times  x 2 sets , body sweating a lot but i still feel full of power , saw a pretty lady runs , morning already wash eyes liao , still plenty of time left to board 10 am ferry to AP , on the way to have my breakfast , 2 half boil eggs , coffee ice , 2 slices bread with butter and one "lomizi" .Banker player banker player , roulette huat huat buy what win what , think also excited,  cant wait to reach early.
